WE deliver wholesale orders across London 362 days a year to supply the best baked produce to restaurants and coffee shops.

We truly believe that quality comes first. All our breads have 24 to 48 hours fermentation and are high in hydration content, which give a distinctive flavour and character, naturally long-lasting. The viennoiserie range is made with a combination of yeast and sourdough to achieve that flakiness and texture we have been developing over the years

All products are strictly baked at night time, in order to send them all over London as fresh as they can possibly be.
